Superior Triple/Family Room
Our large Superior Triple/Family rooms and suites are more spacious than our standard rooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring a double bed and separate single/double or sofa bed.
All have private facilities with bath and shower over along with all the amenities of our Superior Rooms.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is available subject to pre booking and payable upon arrival.
Superior Double Room
Offering a little more luxury over our Standard rooms our characterful Superior Double rooms feature all the amenities of our standard rooms. Two of the Superior rooms are equipped with a shower and one is equipped with a shower and a bath.
These rooms also offer the finest, far reaching views over Rosedale Abbey and beyond.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is available subject to pre booking and payable upon arrival.
Standard Double Room
Our delightfully furnished standard double rooms are all en-suite and are equipped with a double bed, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer.
Complimentary toiletries are included along with quality linens and towels.
All rooms are serviced daily, and free wi-fi is also available.

Cottage
Our Holiday Cottage adjoins the main building and offers a high level of independence and convenience for larger groups and or longer stays.
With 3 en-suite bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
The minimum stay for the whole cottage is 3 nights but we do let individual bedrooms on a nightly bed basis.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast is available subject to pre booking and payable upon arrival.
Kitchen and living room facilities are only available with whole cottage bookings.
